Universal laws exist in this space, unaffected by personal experiences or perceptions, allowing access to a higher vibrational space.
Everyone can channel to some extent, often unknowingly. When in a deep flow state—whether dancing, moving, working out, or running—people can receive knowledge, connected to Source, God, or the universe, without judgment.
Intentional channeling, where one is aware of the process, is another aspect. My initial experience with channeling was unintentional. The first time it happened, my voice became very low, and I felt a shift out of my reality while connecting deeply, an experience I thankfully shared with a friend.
