ADA Compliance and Remediation: An understanding for Dentist Company Website Compliance
Your dental livelihood could be exposed to legal woes that could cost many thousands of dollars. Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is being interpreted to include your company’s website as “places of public accommodation”. This includes your business's website presence.
