Car Accident Lawyer in Tustin Settles Case With Dash Cam

Recently an injury client of Kyle Scott was hit by another driver in San Bernardino, CA. While driving through an intersection an oncoming vehicle turning left (which did not have the right of way) hit the client’s automobile, causing damage to the vehicle, and injuries to the client. The attorney’s client had a video camera installed in the vehicle and the whole collision was caught on tape. It showed clearly the client had a green light and the right of way and that the other driver was at fault.


If not for the video footage the insurance company of the other driver would not have settled for the amount the attorney was able to get for the client. Once the insurance company’s defense lawyer saw the footage she knew it would be devastating in court. The attorney settled the case for the at fault driver’s policy limit of $100,000 $100,000.
